4quartman---if you do invest in a double inflatable nozzle, get the silicone version. they last much longer and are more heat and chemical-resistant. These models are up around $170, but possibly a little less if you really shop. The other kind is made from surgical rubber tubing and develops holes and weak spots eventually. And due to the complicated structure of the double inflatable, holes are hard to patch. But they're a delightful toy and your retention is then up to the enema giver instead of the whining recipient...a great innovation over the simple douche nozzle. Klystra.com is one outlet but there are others.

I have a JBL that holds 7 qts but the thing is, it only delivers about half that, even rocking back and forth on it in a tub. I've tried curling the edges under as the bag gets flattened but still only puts out 3 1/2 qts. Great "special pillow" for a slave to be put on!
